<p>It&#8217;s a condition that gets worse with age and is usually harmless. Snoring is more common in those who are overweight. Statistics are frequently contradictory, but at least 30% of grown-ups and maybe as many as 50% of people in some demographics snore.</p>
<p>APNEA: The word &#8220;apnea&#8221; means the lack of breathing. Besides the &#8216;noise&#8217;, more complex problems such as sleep apnea can be consistent with the symptom of snoring.
