?White noise?

My friend just told me that she uses a white noise machine to help her sleep. Isnt white noise also said to carry voices and noises of “spirits” and stuff? What is the deal with white noise? I heard it can be dangerous,or at least reveal bad or scary messages. Just curious is all. ThanksS!

White Noise has constant energy at all frequencies. It was named such because it has an equal amount of power per Hertz (Hz) just like white light.
