Well, you have to do a snoring exercise if you want to stop snoring.

Almost all snoring is caused by a blocked passage way. These exercises will help you to open your passages and relax your jaw to stop  snoring. They are simple, and can be done in minutes a day. These are, however, not instant fix solutions. So while you do a snoring exercise, it might be a good idea to get your partner some earplugs.

The first exercise that you can do is chewing. Chewing is a great way to loosen up and strengthen your jaw. Chew a stick of gum everyday and you can get a stronger jaw in a few days. If you do not have gum, you can pretend chew as well. It is the motion that will help you loosen your jaw.

Another snoring exercise that you can do is jaw stretching. Stretch your bottom jaw out as far as you can. Hold this position for ten seconds and then relax. Do this ten times.. You might find out that this makes your jaw sore. Many people do not use their jaw muscles and these small exercises can hurt at first.

When you go to bed, it will be beneficial if you can raise the head of the mattress up a few inches. If you find yourself snoring at night, tell your partner to push upwards on your chin, raising your head. This should relax your jaw, and open up your throat passage.
