Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and memory foam mattress are the most effective treatments for treating the symptoms of sleep deprivation.

Nowadays CPAP is considered to be the best solution for the treatment of sleep apnea. Continuous Positive Airway Pressure is used for treating sleep deprivation mainly caused by the breathing problems of sleep apnea.
