Preventing yourself from snoring can be a very simple endeavor. It might only require a few simple changes. Here are three tips that can help you to prevent snoring.

Tip number one. Sleep on your side. Sleeping on your side will help to prevent snoring. People experience louder, and more frequent snoring when they lie down on their back.. This is because when you sleep on your back you are more prone to obstruct your airways.

But how can I sleep on my side? We all move in our sleep. If you start sleeping on your side, that does not mean that you will finish sleeping on your side. So here is a little trick to help you. Tie an object to the back of your shirt. It can be anything as long as it is light, but big enough to keep you of your back. If you roll on to your  back during the night, this object will keep you from staying their long.

Tip number two. Close your mouth. Again, how can you make yourself close your mouth when you are sleeping? Some people will use a chin strap to make sure that their mouths stay closed. But you do not have to do something this embarrassing. What you need to do is strengthen your jaw muscles. this can be as simple as chewing a piece of gum a day. If you do not have gum, pretend. Just make the chewing motion for about ten minutes a day. It isn’t an immediate fix, but in a few weeks, your jaw will be strong enough that you will be able to prevent snoring.
