<p>For example, there are those who feel &#8220;down&#8221; all the time, there seems to be no hope of anything better and to make things worse, there is no actual basis they can identify. This is a chemical imbalance in the brain for which one needs to get the opinion of a professional.</p>
<p>Generally, depression can be associated with actual events such as death of a loved one, stress at work, or the end of a relationship. <p>Firstly, when you prepare to go to sleep try sleeping on a few pillows together instead of one, an elevated position of your head while sleeping helps a lot to reduce snoring. Another helpful tip is to avoid drinking too much alcohol or using some sleeping pills right before you go to sleep, these stimulate the passage (for the air through your throat) to get constricted and thus increase snoring. Another thing you must avoid right before going to sleep is any kind of dairy product, this also increases snoring in an individual.</p>

It is understood to cause sleep deprivation to both the snorer and those who hear him/her, as well as effects such as daytime drowsiness, irritability, loss of focus, reduced libido.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a condition that gets worse with age and is usually harmless. Snoring is more common in those who are overweight. Statistics are frequently contradictory, but at least 30% of grown-ups and maybe as many as 50% of people in some demographics snore.</p>
<p>APNEA: The word &#8220;apnea&#8221; means the lack of breathing. Besides the &#8216;noise&#8217;, more complex problems such as sleep apnea can be consistent with the symptom of snoring. If your child snores often, have your doctor check for sleep apnea. While snoring is caused by narrow airways, sleep apnea is a real breathing obstruction, which requires the sleeper to awaken to begin breathing again. A person with this problem wakes up many times a night to regain breathing, but often remembers nothing at all about the awakenings.</p>
