stress relief?
i’m getting married on the 18 of aug. and that is about three weeks away well i am planing it in that amount of time. So does any one have some stress relief tips or things to do to get rid of it.
I got married 5 months ago, and i completely understand your stress!! the thing i found to help the most was get as many people involved as possible to make descisions with me! IT’s alot less stressful if you aren’t caring all the weight on your shoulders by yourself! Also don’t be afraid to take an hour when your feeling to much and treating yourself. Even if it’s a bowl of icecream and a sappy movie in your living room. Also lots of sleep, limit the caffiene, and plenty of water will keep your complexion and energy at a high for your perfect day!
